January 2017 "Rising Star"

January 2017 will be our 5th "Rising Star" Challenge.  Only new members and members who have not won a Challenge (Team or Blog winner) in the past 3 years are welcome to submit an entry for this Challenge.  A list of Challenge Winners from January 2014 to date is included below.
